No one nationally could have been paying much attention to the Bulls the last month of last season, so 22 wins sounds like ineptitude. Though I agree the accumulation of injuries and lack of competitiveness to close last season was discouraging, I also believe it perhaps establishes the Bulls as the stealth bomber (hopefully not bomb) of the current season.
